- Minutes from the JAM leaders meeting (16th July)

- JAM instructions for the day (this is to be printed out and read when Matt, Caleb and Jonathan Mak arrive to JAM.  Matt and Caleb - can you please get to church at 2:15pm for the 1st week to set up everything.  Jono Mak - can you please get to church at 3pm to assist with last minute setting up as well as telling Matt and Caleb any absentees)

Please see attached the JAM program for tomorrow.  Note that it is quite similar to last weeks one since we didn't get to do the filming or my Bible talk.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Please find attached the lesson plan for this coming Thursday.  Please note that there is a skit that is simliar to the one we did for Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.  (you can look at the script attached - but you don't have to memorise the lines - I'll repeat them before you say them.  This will be the same for the kids.)

 

Attached is the JAM program for tomorrow afternoon.

Program for JAM outing

3:40pm     Kids arrive and collect money and forms.  Games begin (Darryl to run)

3:55pm     Afternoon Tea

4:05pm     Bible Talk (Darryl)

4:10pm     Get kids on bus

4:15pm     Leave for Zone 3

4:25pm     Arrive at Zone 3 and pay

4:30pm     Assemble kids to debriefing room (told how to play)

4:40pm     First game

5:00pm     Second game

5:20pm     Get kids on bus

5:25pm     Leave for DPC

5:35pm     Arrive at DPC
