change the names & songs that appear in the planner

You can change the names & songs that appear in the planner drop down menus by editing the Excel files \\STAFF\Public\website\namelist.csv and \\STAFF\Public\website\songlist.csv rember to save them as CSV (comma separated files) not standard Excel sheets.

Mark sure they are sorted.

Your changes will be reflected in the planner next time a website sync happens (usually Monday to upload Sunday talks).
